About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Sales Software Trainer to join our team at PBS Systems Inc. As a key member of our Dealer Management System (DMS) team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch training and support to our customers on our industry-leading software platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Software Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our DMS software and its various modules, including sales, service, inventory management, and accounting.
  • Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training and support to new and existing customers, both virtually and on-site, to ensure they get the most out of our software.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, identifying their needs and ensuring they are met or exceeded.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain accurate documentation of training processes and procedures, and share knowledge with colleagues to ensure a positive work environment.
  • Travel and Communication: Travel frequently to customer sites throughout North America, and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers to ensure seamless training and support.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in the sales area of a dealership or a similar industry, with a strong understanding of the automotive industry.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, effective time management and organizational skills, strong multi-tasking and prioritization abilities, and fluency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
  • Travel: Ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to 2 weeks per month, with a valid passport and/or US visa (if applicable) and a valid full-class driver's license.
