Job Title: Senior Consultant - Construction and Insurance Expert

J.S. Held LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our construction and insurance team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and superior work product to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 7+ years' experience in construction or construction insurance consulting
  • Construction estimating and analysis
  • Review and analyze construction claim costs related to insurance events
  • Provide updated schedule analysis, including potential timeline impacts and narrative reports

Qualifications:

  • BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Knowledge in Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel
  • Project Management experience and ability to organize and evaluate complex project files
  • Excellent writing skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry-related degrees, credentials, or certifications
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
