Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized care to residents, including observing, monitoring, and documenting their physical and psychological conditions.
  • Assist with personal care, emergency staff scheduling, and ensure adherence to infection control practices.
  • Assess resident health status, recognizing deviations from mental health baseline and differentiating between dementia and delirium.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from a recognized Practical Nursing program.
  • Active registration with the BCCNM as an LPN.
  • Occupational First Aide Level 1 certification.
  • Satisfactory proof of COVID-19 vaccinations.
