  • Ensure the Canadian Sales Team operates with an optimal organizational structure, process, training, and communication.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Partner with commercial counterparts to align sales objectives with brand goals and company objectives.
  • Contribute to national sales forecasts and analyze regional trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Establish relationships with thought leaders and professional associations to stay abreast of industry developments.
  • Effectively manage national sales budgets and allocate resources.
