Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to contribute to our kitchen team's success. At Lone Star Texas Grill, our culinary team members share a passion for delivering exceptional, freshly prepared food to our guests. We prioritize food safety and quality, and our cooks work together to maintain the highest standards in the kitchen.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook our signature dishes, including sizzling fajitas and classic Tex-Mex favorites.
  • Follow recipe specifications to ensure accurate flavor profiles and portion control.
  • Multi-task and prioritize orders to meet guest expectations.
  • Collaborate with service staff to ensure seamless food preparation and service.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization with our culinary team.

Requirements

  • Lift items up to 30lbs.
  • Remain physically active and focused throughout shifts.
  • Previous culinary experience is an asset, but not required.
