- Providing customer service to meet customer needs
- Maintaining accurate cash-handling procedures at all times
- Processing utility payments, rentals, and transactions
- Performing negative transactions such as refund or return transactions
- Assisting in Front End Department functions
- Assisting other departments and functions as required
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Basic mathematical skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Partial high school education
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and reaching
