About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Charmed Playhouses. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the site.
  • Formwork and Scaffolding: Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mixing and Pouring: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to meet project specifications.
  • Maintenance and Cleaning: Perform routine maintenance work and remove rubble and other debris from the construction site.
  • Site Safety: Direct traffic at or near construction sites to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Transportation: Own transportation to and from the site.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
