Join Our Team as a Senior Product Manager

We're looking for a skilled Senior Product Manager to join our team at Relay, a collaborative money management platform for employer SMBs. As a key member of our Product Team, you'll play a vital role in shaping our small business banking platform and driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the planning, development, and launch of new initiatives
  • Leverage data to inform product decisions and establish clear success metrics
  • Analyze product and business data to identify opportunities and prioritize features
  • Provide feedback on design and user experience to ensure a delightful experience for our users
  • Help hold the team accountable to outcomes and ensure a high bar for product delivery
  • Elevate the Product Management practice at Relay, building an inclusive and supportive team culture

Requirements:
  • A strong history of building products 0-to-1
