We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Colen Grace Cleaning Company Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Activities
Oversee the daily activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Inspect Sites and FacilitiesRegularly inspect our sites and facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of safety and cleanliness.
Recommend Additional ServicesIdentify areas where additional services are required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment, and recommend these to management.
Establish Work SchedulesDevelop and implement work schedules that meet the needs of our clients and our staff.
Train StaffProvide training and guidance to our staff on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
Work Term and HoursThis is a permanent position, working 30-40 hours per week.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
ExperienceAt least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role.
