Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious School Bus Driver to transport students to and from school. The ideal candidate will have a valid Class 2/2F/C Licence, School Bus Endorsement, and a clean driving record.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate buses safely and efficiently, ensuring the well-being of students on board.
  • Report any delays, mechanical issues, or accidents to the relevant authorities.
  • Direct passengers during emergency evacuation procedures and maintain control of student activities during travel.
  • Complete logbooks and reports, and administer first aid in emergency situations.
  • Monitor and report student progress to classroom teachers.
Requirements
  • Class 2/2F/C Licence (buses with more than passengers)
  • School Bus Endorsement
  • Driver's Licence (Class 2 or B or C)
  • Ability to distinguish between colours, attention to detail, and hand-eye co-ordination.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment

The School Bus Driver will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interactions with students, teachers, and other staff members. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
