About the Role

GTA TENTS AND EVENTS INC. is seeking a skilled Tent Installer to join our team. As a Tent Installer, you will be responsible for installing and setting up tents for various events and occasions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Setup: Install and set up tents according to client specifications and requirements.
  • Site Preparation: Prepare the installation site by measuring and marking guidelines, and ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Tool Management: Maintain and organize tools and equipment, and ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by being professional, courteous, and responsive to client needs.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure successful event setup and installation.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to handle heavy loads up to 23 kg (50 lbs), and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Qualities: Flexibility, organization, reliability, and a team player attitude.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Outdoors, with occasional exposure to inclement weather.
  • Work Setting: Installation, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
