Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator to join our team at Prime Truck Centre Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling and fitting metal structures, welding or bolting sections together, and constructing patterns and templates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lay out reference points and patterns to ensure accurate assembly
  • Assemble and fit metal plates and sections to form structures
  • Weld or bolt sections together to create strong and durable components
  • Construct patterns and templates to guide the fabrication process
  • Install fabricated components in the final product
  • Rig, hoist, and move materials to storage areas or within the worksite
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in metal fabrication
  • Hand-eye co-ordination and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • English language proficiency
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a variety of locations, including our fabrication shop and on-site at customer locations. The work environment will be physically demanding, requiring the ability to lift and move heavy materials.
