At Soul Restaurants Canada Inc, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.
- Train Staff in Job Duties: Provide training to staff members on their job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and maintain a high level of physical fitness.
Requirements
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
