  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to Sunrise Senior Living's standards.
  • Assist with special events and functions, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for residents and guests.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of dining area cleanliness, readiness, and standards.
  • Assist with table top inventories and maintenance, ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience.
  • Handle all food and beverages in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards, ensuring the health and safety of residents and staff.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Current food safety certification required.
  • Minimum of one year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full service senior living.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain a high level of organization and time management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competent in problem-solving and decision-making skills.
