Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Crew Member to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages according to A&W recipes and standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following food safety regulations and performing cleaning duties as needed.
  • Work effectively as a team member to achieve service times and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the restaurant industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
