Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist the team with designing and delivering technical solutions that meet business needs and align with the global technology roadmap.
  • Oversight of engineering artifacts, roadmaps, service improvements, and feature enhancements while addressing technology knowledge gaps.
  • Technical lead for building, validating, testing, and documenting solution designs ensuring smooth operational transitions through knowledge sharing.
  • Development and maintenance of design specifications meeting technical, functional, and non-functional requirements adhering to service definitions, geographical needs, and architecture/security standards.
  • Implementation of infrastructure solutions enhancing management, stability, security, disaster recovery, and cost-efficiency in the global end-user computing environment.
  • Maintenance of documentation for all technical services and solutions in compliance with accepted service design standards.
  • Collaboration with operational teams for continuous improvement and capacity management analyzing incident and problem data.
  • Interaction with various IT teams (networking, servers, storage, security, service desk, and front-line support) to deliver optimal solutions.
  • Execution of projects in partnership with Engineering Teams including LDAP move to LDAPS, Decommissioning AD FS, Implementing Entra ID P2 features, Optimizing Conditional Access Policies, Reviewing Microsoft licenses and permissions, Enhancing InTune functionality, and Implementing Microsoft BitLocker.

Qualifications/Preferred Skills:

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting and research skills used to match technology solutions to business needs including estimation, project sizing, and project management.
  • General knowledge of networking, servers, storage, and data security concepts.
  • Broad multi-platform and multi-industry experience.
  • Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Office 365 setup and administration skills.
  • University degree or college diploma in related discipline(s) or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of industry experience in the IT industry.
  • Experience with LDAP/LDAPS, ADFS, Advanced On-premise AD, Azure AD/Entra AD, Entra ID assessment and hardening, Identity Management/SSO, InTune, Entra ID MFA, Entra ID P2 features, Conditional Access Policies, Group Policies, and Office 365 Setup and Administration.
