Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Territory Sales Manager to join our team at STERIS. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share in the medical device industry.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute annual business plans to achieve sales goals and expand market share
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the medical device industry
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive product innovation and development
* Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and improve product offerings
* Provide sales training and coaching to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
* 3-5 years of sales experience in the medical device industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Strong understanding of the hospital buying process and ability to navigate complex sales cycles
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals and objectives

Estimated Salary Range
$80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
