Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at RAMN'S HEAVLY VAPES. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
- Merchandise Management: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise, resolve customer complaints, and provide exceptional customer service to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, organize inventory, and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field
- Equivalent experience may be considered
- Permanent full-time position
- 40 hours per week
- English language work environment
