About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Domestic Housekeeper to join our team at Rechie Santiago. As a key member of our household staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Household Management: Make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closets, and clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Laundry and Linen Services: Launder clothing and household linens, mend clothing and linens, and wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
  • Special Tasks: Clean changing rooms and showers, pick up debris, and empty trash containers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking, outdoors, apartment/condominium complex, various locations, private residence, and employer's home.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, work under pressure, repetitive tasks, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
  • Own Tools/Equipment: Uniform and equipment.
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, flexibility, initiative, and reliability.
