Job Title: Personal Support Worker

Job Summary:

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team. As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and medication management
  • Support clients with mobility and transfer needs
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • PSW diploma or equivalent (Home Support Worker Level 2, Level 3, Health Care Aide and PA+2, Foreign-Trained Nurse, Registered Practical Nurse or physician or Paramedic graduate)
