About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Computer-Aided Design Specialist to join our team at Asem Engineering Ltd. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality engineering designs and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Drafting: Prepare detailed engineering designs and drawings using CAD software, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Design Development: Develop and prepare design sketches, specifications, and documentation packages.
  • Quality Control: Examine drawings for conformity and errors, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Documentation: Complete documentation packages and drawing sets, including specifications and other relevant documents.
Requirements
  • Education: A college diploma or CEGEP certificate in a related field, such as engineering technology or drafting.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a CAD design role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in CAD software, strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
