About the Role

As a Registered Massage Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing hands-on manipulation to help alleviate pain and improve mobility. Your superior technique and clinical reasoning skills will enable you to create and implement individualized treatment plans, working collaboratively with other rehabilitation professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities

* Provide high-quality massage therapy services to clients, utilizing your superior technique and clinical reasoning skills to create and implement individualized treatment plans.
* Work collaboratively with other rehabilitation professionals, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and chiropractors, to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
* Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations, ensuring accurate and timely communication with clients and other healthcare professionals.
* Manage a fast-paced caseload, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

Qualifications

* Registration (member in good standing) with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario
* Experience treating clients in an outpatient setting (strong asset, but not required)
* Strong interest in a treatment-based approach and complex injuries
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others
