About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Provisioning team in the Platform product group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the customer lifecycle and product experience. Our team automates the orchestration process to provide customers with a seamless experience. As part of the team, you will play a critical role in enhancing existing flows and building next-generation provisioning systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team (backend, frontend, SDET) to drive and deliver on both roadmap and technical strategy.
- Be instrumental in hiring, retaining, and growing a team of highly talented engineers.
- Communicate effectively as an engineering manager, possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of experience as an engineering manager and 8+ years as a software engineer.
- Experience working with authentication and authorization services.
- Experience in Golang or similar technologies.
- Experience with shipping high-quality software in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, GCP).
