About the RoleAs a Crop Inputs Service Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, strengthening existing customer relationships, and contributing to the success of the Crop Inputs business through strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities- Prospecting and new business development
- Fostering and developing customer relationships
- Contributing to the success of the Crop Inputs business through strategic planning
- Assist in operations and administrative duties as required in order to meet customer needs
- Collaborating with other business areas and departments, as required
- Post-secondary in an Agriculture related program or experience in an Agriculture retail business
- Experience in dealing with agricultural producers
- Knowledge of the crops in the area and crop protection solutions
- Sales and customer service skills with the ability to execute on plans resulting in revenue generation
- P.Ag or CCA certification (or the ability to obtain) is an asset
- Valid driver's license is required
