Job Summary

GURDIP KAUR is seeking a reliable and caring Home Childcare Provider to join our team. As a key member of our childcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children in a safe and healthy environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents, ensuring the children's needs are met and the home is maintained in a safe and healthy manner.
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Discipline children according to the parents' requested methods, fostering a positive and respectful environment.
  • Keep accurate records of daily activities and health information regarding the children, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Organize activities, such as games and outings, to promote the children's physical and emotional development.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering the children's dietary needs and preferences.
  • Prepare infants and children for rest periods, ensuring a smooth transition to sleep.
  • Supervise and care for children, providing individualized attention and support as needed.
  • Take children to and from school and to appointments, ensuring timely and safe transportation.
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children, providing a nurturing and supportive environment.
  • Assist children with homework, promoting their academic development and confidence.
Weight Handling

Up to 9 kg (20 lbs) of children's weight may be handled during the course of the job.
