In this role, you will play a critical part in driving our CRM strategy forward, leveraging your expertise in email marketing, data analysis, and campaign optimization to drive business results.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and guide a team of experts to plan, execute, and grow CRM campaigns.
  • Develop and implement email deployment strategies to engage customers and drive conversions.
  • Optimize existing CRM initiatives and create new ones to achieve business objectives.
  • Design and build automated processes to enhance customer experiences.
  • Liaise with the internal Salesforce team to ensure seamless integration and data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Development team to analyze sales opportunities and provide actionable insights.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
  • Partner with the Marketing Automation Specialists to synchronize data between Pardot and Salesforce.
  • Guarantee the accuracy and timeliness of the SFDC leads/contacts database.
  • Share valuable insights with cross-functional teams to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Evaluate and optimize marketing attribution for CRM initiatives.

About the Ideal Candidate:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing CRM and email programs.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems like Salesforce and automation tools like Pardot.
  • A solid understanding of trigger-based, drip, and targeted email campaigns.
  • Knowledge of major privacy legislations affecting marketing and CRM.
  • Experience in working with website forms to collect data.
  • Background in testing and personalization in email marketing.
  • B2B and/or SaaS experience is an asset.
