Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Maxworth Homes Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management on project progress and any issues that may arise.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities with other project supervisors and managers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Establish and implement methods to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
  • Recommend personnel actions and requisition materials and supplies as needed.
  • Train or arrange for training for team members to ensure they have the necessary skills to complete their tasks.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with a 35-hour workweek.
  • Fluency in English.
