About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving Agile ceremonies, coaching and guiding the team to embrace Agile principles, and partnering with product owners and stakeholders to define goals, scope, and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Agile Leadership: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring seamless collaboration among team members.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product owners and stakeholders to gather business requirements, translating them into actionable tasks, and bridge technical teams and business stakeholders for effective communication and alignment.
- Business Analysis Excellence: Gather and document business requirements, leveraging Business Analyst expertise to drive clarity and purpose in data projects, and manage initiatives in data governance, ensuring compliance and quality standards.
- Data-Centric Project Oversight: Oversee data lineage processes, ensuring transparency and accountability in data flows, and champion process improvements for optimal team performance.
- Continuous Improvement & Reporting: Track team metrics and provide regular updates on progress, risks, and impediments, highlighting opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, or related fields.
- Experience: 6–8 years in the Capital Markets domain, with expertise in Equities and Derivatives.
- Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) required.
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with Python programming (a plus).
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with a knack for solving complex problems.
- Team-oriented with a natural inclination for collaboration.
Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
