Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Educational Consultant to provide personalized academic support to students in elementary and high school. As a key member of our team at Engage & Learn, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality tutoring services to meet the unique needs of each student.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting one-on-one tutoring sessions in a client's home, public locations, or through our online platform.
  • Developing and implementing tailored learning plans to enhance student progress and achievement.
  • Creating and curating relevant learning materials to support student learning, including utilizing our own curated resources.
  • Monitoring student progress and adjusting tutoring strategies as needed to ensure optimal results.
  • Maintaining accurate records of tutoring sessions and updating our designated hosting platform.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in tutoring or teaching.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a minimum of 3 weekly client hours.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of $20.00-$27.00.
  • A flexible schedule with opportunities to work up to 15 hours per week.
