Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to identify opportunities, estimate impact, and prioritize focus.
- Define key business metrics for experimentation and run large-scale experiments to deliver impactful results.
- Create dashboards and reports to measure the impact of experiments and monitor the health of the business.
- Perform deep dive analysis to explain what happened and recommend improvement opportunities.
- Be the expert on data sets and data tools available to improve the product experience using data.
- Evangelize and drive data-driven business decisions and actions through compelling stories and stakeholder-relevant communications.
- Experience in applying statistical approaches towards test design, measurement, and analysis.
- Strong SQL skills, comfortable working with large data sets in Big Data environments.
- Ability to translate data-driven learnings and statistical models into stories, actionable insights, and communicate to key stakeholders.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
- 2+ years of in-depth data analytics experience ideally in partnership with Product teams.
