Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year (dependent on experience)

We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to join our team as a Hardwood Flooring Territory Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will excel at building strong, long-term relationships with customers and thrive in a dynamic sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain strong business relationships with retailers in the Ottawa area.
• Provide expert advice and training to customers on our premium hardwood flooring products.
• Tailor marketing strategies to meet the needs of each customer, driving sales success.
• Deliver exceptional customer support and after-sales service.
• Participate in promotional activities and new product launches, showcasing our brand's expertise.
• Represent Planchers Mercier at industry events and trade shows, fostering strong industry connections.
• Install and maintain customer displays and showrooms, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of wood flooring products, market trends, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in Office 365 and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Residence in the Ottawa, ON area, allowing for regular business travel.
