Responsibilities
  • Develop and present estimates to customers, sourcing parts and selling jobs to meet their needs.
  • Interpret inspection results with our technicians and present findings to customers.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, listening and consulting with customers to meet their expectations.
  • Contribute to the success of our team, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Maximize retail sales and shop profitability, achieving or exceeding our objectives and goals.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of our employees and contribute to our company's commitment to being a good corporate citizen.
Qualifications
  • General automotive knowledge and experience.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Midas locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees.
