Key Responsibilities- Manage and lead the full lifecycle of large-scale business projects
- Contribute to and represent stakeholder requirements on assigned projects
- Closing the gap between all stakeholders (Network, Marketing, Operations and IT)
- Evaluate and recommend scalable technical and business solutions to meet customer and business needs
- Manage business requirements and system design reviews, provide final sign-off and ensure all issues are documented and appropriate corrective actions are implemented.
- Provide regular project status update reports to the executive team
- Create a blended delivery plan with cross-functional business units to continuously build and maintain an integrated roadmap
- Ensure each project has a robust change management plan, so that resistance to change is proactively identified and addressed to achieve the project ROI
- Manage the financial aspects of programs and projects
- Manage a team of business analysts
- Undergraduate degree in Business or related program
- 7 years experience in program and project delivery and management
- 1-2 years experience in a team manager role
- Bilingualism required: In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders
- Business acumen and understanding of financial concepts inherent in project management
- Have a confirmed strategic vision and make informed decisions, balancing technical feasibility with business requirements
- Ability to prioritize and multitask directly or indirectly related to deliverables in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment while dealing with changing priorities.
- Strong leadership with the ability to inspire, coach, lead and build a cross-functional team with a common goal to improve the customer experience.
- Strong problem-solving attitude, ability to deal with ambiguity and focus on delivery is essential
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) at all levels of the organization and appropriate.
- Team-oriented, able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to bridge between technical and non-technical teams and influence stakeholders to build consensus
- Extensive project management and change management experience involving all aspects of projects
- Project Management Institute (PMP) certification
- Experience in an Agile environment
- Change Management certification (asset)
- Knowledge of telecommunications products and services (asset)
