Job Description:
- This challenging opportunity exists for a collaborative interprofessional environment delivering an innovative rehabilitation service designed to help stroke survivors and their caregivers reach their optimal level of recovery in their own home.
- The Community Stroke Rehabilitation Team (CSRT) is a community-based program consisting of an interdisciplinary team that provides specialized rehabilitation to stroke survivors in a home and community setting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A valid registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech and Language Pathologists of Ontario.
- A valid CPR certificate.
- Clinical expertise and experience in stroke rehabilitation and demonstrated knowledge of current stroke rehabilitation best practices.
- Experience in both clinical and video fluoroscopic assessment of swallowing.
