Job Description:

We are committed to delivering exceptional care and services to our residents. As a Clinical Care Specialist at RhynoCare, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care that meets the physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and social needs of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide comprehensive nursing care that adheres to established policies, physician orders, and resident plans of care.
  • To utilize evidence-based practice principles to ensure the delivery of excellent nursing and personal care in assigned home areas.
  • To ensure timely and accessible admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports related to resident care and services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science – Nursing (BScN), Bachelor of Nursing (BN), or equivalent qualification.
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant College of Nurses.
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment and deal with others in an empathetic and supportive manner.
  • Knowledge of relevant Federal, Provincial, and Municipal Statutes influencing the operation of the Nursing Home and nursing department.
