We are seeking Registered Nurses who desire great flexibility in their schedules to provide exceptional nursing services in a home care setting.

About Us:CarePartners offers a comprehensive range of services, including nursing, personal support, therapy, and rehabilitation, to approximately 72,000 patients each year. Our team provides individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient.
Estimated Salary:$94,000 per year (competitive wage grid based on nursing skillset and experience)
Key Responsibilities:- Developing and maintaining effective care plans for patients in a home setting
- Providing one-on-one nursing services to patients with exceptional attention to detail
- Communicating effectively with patients, family members, and healthcare professionals as part of an interdisciplinary care team
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) degree or diploma
- Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration in good standing
- Valid driver's license and vehicle for regular travel
- PAID MILEAGE at $0.45 per/km PLUS travel time
