About the RoleThis is a full-time or part-time opportunity to work in a dynamic and interdisciplinary clinical setting. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload, including out-patient MSK injuries, and create individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning.
Responsibilities- Assess and treat out-patient MSK injuries, including strains, sprains, fractures, dislocations, muscle weakness, and limited range of motion
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning
- Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations
- Delegate treatment to Registered Kinesiologists or Physiotherapy Assistants
- Collaborate with the inter-professional team at your clinic
- Supervise Physiotherapy students (as preferred)
- Communicate with external stakeholders and client referral sources
- Manage caseload in a fast-paced environment
- Registration (member in good standing) with the provincial College of Physiotherapists
- 1+ years' experience treating clients in an outpatient setting; however, new graduates are also welcome to apply
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others
- Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development
