Life360 Android Engineer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Android engineer to join our team at Life360. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will work closely with product, design, marketing, and data science to develop high-quality and fluid user interfaces for our mobile app.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-performance Android applications using Java/Kotlin
  • Collaborate with the product team to define and implement new features
  • Work with the design team to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces
  • Contribute to the development of our commercial app, currently available on the app store
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Android features and technologies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in Android development
  • Strong knowledge of Java/Kotlin, Gradle, and Android Studio
  • Experience working on commercial apps and high-performance networking
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
