Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver warm and personalized service to guests, responding to their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Manage guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.
  • Process payments and handle guest transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Communicate effectively with the Housekeeping Department and Bell Persons to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide guests with information on resort amenities, services, and events, promoting a positive and engaging experience.
  • Manage guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping, to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve team goals.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality management course an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
