The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and principles, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and repair dies, tooling, and automation components according to specifications.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of efficient methods for die and tool production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address production bottlenecks.
  • Analyze data to optimize processes and improve productivity.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and performance.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in a technical field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or related field.
  • Tool and Die Journeyman certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and principles.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
