**Requirements**
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Strong knowledge of professional care standards and up-to-date clinical practices.
- Experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
