Job Description

This is a permanent position with a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and direct site teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines.
  • Train or arrange for training of site staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Estimate costs and materials required for projects.
  • Set up equipment and ensure it is properly maintained.
  • Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations on site.
  • Recommend personnel actions, such as promotions or disciplinary measures.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure projects are completed efficiently.
  • Review blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements.
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard.
Requirements:
  • A secondary school graduation certificate and 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
