About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Operations Supervisor to oversee our team of truck drivers. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics operations.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in supervising large teams and possess excellent communication skills. They must be able to work under pressure, think critically, and make informed decisions in fast-paced environments.

The successful candidate will also have a strong understanding of health and safety regulations and be able to train or arrange for training as needed. Additionally, they will be responsible for coordinating repairs and rentals, requisitioning materials, equipment, and supplies, and recommending personnel actions.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of more than 20 truck drivers
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Train or arrange for training as needed
  • Coordinate repairs and rentals

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and think critically
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A strong understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Ability to train or arrange for training as needed
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous retirement plan.
