Farm Laborer Job Description

Chaudary Poultry Farms is seeking a skilled Farm Laborer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and health of our farm animals, as well as performing general farm duties.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Disinfect pens, barns, and poultry houses regularly to maintain a clean and healthy environment for the animals.
  • Monitor animal health and detect any signs of disease or health problems.
  • Feed and tend to the animals, ensuring they receive proper nutrition and care.
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, including feeding and watering systems.
  • Perform general farm duties, such as cleaning stables, barns, and barnyards.
  • Set and monitor water lines, air flow, and temperature in barns, pens, and chicken coops.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physically demanding role requiring the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
  • Quick learner with a willingness to train and take on new responsibilities.

Working Conditions:

  • Working hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • Language of work: English.
