Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Product Sourcing Specialist to join our team at Lidl Wholesale Ltd. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices and terms, and ensuring adequate stock levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a network of reliable suppliers to source high-quality products
  • Negotiate prices, discounts, and credit terms with suppliers to optimize purchasing costs
  • Review product requirements and determine the quantity and type of merchandise to purchase
  • Select and purchase merchandise for resale, ensuring compliance with company standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product flow and inventory management
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek. Public transportation is available. The ideal candidate will have flexibility, strong judgement, and attention to detail.
