Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Field/Methods Engineer to join our team at MPH Groupe. This position involves collaborating with our clients to develop innovative solutions for equipment testing and implementation in the oil and gas sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of equipment for manufacturing and offshore operations
- Definition of specifications for the execution team based on contract details
- Updating risk analyses and related project documentation
- Drafting and finalizing work instructions, including risk analyses
- Interface with customers to anticipate equipment integration on their production sites
- Coordination of project teams for execution
- Drafting detailed packing lists, spares, and maintenance plans
- Logistics and export coordination for smooth material return
- Accurate reporting of work progress, encountered difficulties, and opportunities
Qualification Operations
- Drafting of qualification plans for operators for vacuum sealing of stalks
- Participation in training for vacuum sealing with drilling, suction cup fitting, and plug insertion
- Onshore and offshore activities at the Vigra site in Norway
Requirements
- Training in general engineering or mechanical engineering
- Knowledge of the oil and gas and industrial sector
- English: reading, speaking, writing level B2
- French: read, spoken, written level C1
- Software: MS office, MS project, and SolidWorks are a plus
Working Conditions
This mission is based in Ranville, with the possibility of 1 to 2 teleworking days per week. Travel is expected to suppliers (France and abroad), including 2 months at the customer's site in Norway.
