Job Title: Medical Orderly

We are seeking a skilled Medical Orderly to join our team at Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux de la Côte-Nord. As a Medical Orderly, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our healthcare team.

Job Summary:

The Medical Orderly will be responsible for assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding. You will also be responsible for maintaining patient rooms, serving meal trays, and transporting patients as needed. Additionally, you will work closely with our healthcare team to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding

  • Serve meal trays and transport patients as needed

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods
