As a Sales and Service Team Member, you will play a critical role in embodying the Tiffany brand and providing exceptional client experiences during the holiday season.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Experience: Provide warm and welcoming interactions with clients, ensuring they have a memorable experience commensurate with the Tiffany brand.
  • Service Excellence: Improve the client experience by providing hospitality and store amenities, building personalized experiences that positively impact sales and service.
  • Support Sales Team: Assist sales team members with boxing and wrapping items, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and maintaining a neat and organized sales floor.
  • Operational Support: Assist operations team with operational policies and procedures, ensuring store operations run optimally.
  • Inventory and Projects: Assist with inventory and special projects as needed.
Requirements
  • Availability: Ability to work non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Experience: Previous retail or luxury retail experience, or client-related experience (i.e., hospitality, etc.).
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, client service skills, and the ability to prioritize while balancing multiple tasks.
  • Cultural Competence: Capability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
