About This Opportunity

We're seeking an ambitious Pet Nutrition Product Designer to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sensory, Packaging, and Product Development scientists, to contribute to building a database for our products and support effective decision-making regarding product design.

This is a fantastic opportunity to network with other students in our program, as well as gain exposure to senior leaders within our company and parent company, Colgate-Palmolive.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze product stability using both accelerated aging and ambient studies to determine the optimum product design, shelf life, and packaging for our products.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop and implement new product designs that meet our quality and safety standards.
  • Contribute to building a database for our products, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available to inform product development decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a degree focus in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemistry, or related field, with the ability to work in the United States on a permanent and unlimited basis. Relocation to Topeka, Kansas for the semester is also required.
