Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team at BIRD LOGISTICS LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of the organization, prioritizing tasks, and coordinating activities with other work units or departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational plans to ensure efficient use of resources and meet organizational goals.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to accomplish work objectives and meet deadlines.
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including planning, coordinating, and controlling the flow of goods, services, and information.
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on operational performance and progress.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed to ensure equipment and facilities are in good working condition.
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support operational activities.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment with a regular schedule of 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
  • Green job with duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes.
